Construction drawing designer
Requirements:
1. Interior design related major, bachelor degree or above;
2. More than 5 years working experience in construction drawing deepening design;
3. Able to independently complete a full set of flat facade construction drawings;
4. Have the ability to deepen the plan and have the experience of deepening team cooperation;
5. Familiar with the relevant professional drawing specifications, construction technology, on-site experience;
6. Experience in leading the construction of hardcover projects such as hotels, office buildings and shopping malls is preferred.
Responsibilities
1. Assist and cooperate with the main case designer to do a good job of deepening the design and complete the drawing of a full set of construction drawings;
2. Fully understand the details of the design and conversion into construction drawings;
3. Be responsible for the construction site change and completion drawing of the project;
4. When necessary, it is necessary to track the construction site for drawing rectification and solve the construction difficulties;
5. The construction site to answer questions, on-site technical problems to provide solutions or optimization suggestions;
