How are fees charged?
The fees we charge are divided into design fees and engineering fees; the design fee standard varies according to the project and the design difficulty, and the overall range is 90-200 yuan/square.
What does the design contain?
According to your different needs, our design content will be slightly different. It usually includes floor plan, ceiling layout, facade scheme, node sample, power distribution system and renderings of main parts.
In addition, according to your needs, the production of water supply and drainage system, air conditioning system, fire protection system, security system, central broadcasting system, attendance system, steel structure and other programs.
According to the determined design plan, we will also make a detailed list of decoration engineering materials, which contains the brand, specification and model list of the main materials used in the project.
After the completion of the project, there is no warranty, how to guarantee?
When the project is completed, we will issue a warranty card for you for a period of two years.
When you have any questions, please call the customer service hotline on the warranty card, and we will be on-site within 24 hours.
Assuming engineering quality problems, how to deal?
The designer responsible for the site will promptly handle all site design changes and confirmations and other related follow-up work. The project quality problems found in the construction process shall be handled by the on-site project management personnel in a timely manner and adjusted in each stage of acceptance. Ensure that the quality of the project meets the national standards.
Are all the construction materials real?
In terms of construction materials, our materials department is responsible for unified procurement according to the material list and material samples determined by both parties to the contract. The model of the main decorative materials in the construction is determined and sealed by you, so the materials we use are high cost-effective and high-quality products provided by regular channel manufacturers that can make you rest assured.
In the process of design and construction, who should we look for to deal with any problems?
In the whole design and construction process, in addition to the normal arrangement of the project manager of the design department and the project manager to be responsible for the whole design and construction process, our company has also specially arranged the whole process tracking personnel. No matter which link the work progresses, any questions can be found at any time, and we will help customers deal with all internal coordination problems. If you are not satisfied with our work, you can call the complaint number at any time, we will give you a satisfactory reply within 24 hours.
Is there any site or completed project to take us to visit?
Of course you can. We can always take you on a tour of the sites we are building, as well as a tour of the completed projects.
There is not much difference between your project budget and the actual final accounts. Has there been any change during the period?
Because in the design stage, our design scheme and project budget are more standardized and detailed. At the same time, it is also relatively comprehensive. In principle, there are no major omissions. As long as the design plan is not changed much during the construction process, our project budget and actual final accounts are almost the same. We will not ask for unreasonable additions in the middle of the trip. Because we will always insist on winning customers with our sincere and diligent service.
