Interior Designer
Responsibilities:
1. Have rich cross-regional and diversified high-end project design experience, international vision, creative thinking and professional attitude, to provide customers with creative and commercial value design concepts;
2. Have the ability to control complex projects and lead the team to build many successful projects;
3. Strong communication and business negotiation skills with Party A or the owner;

5. Manage the design team, train talents, and reasonably arrange the work of the members of the team; the direct supervisor is the company's technical director;
Lead the design team, lead the progress of the case and design effect;
6. Grasp the overall design style and complete the bidding documents, conceptual design and scheme design in the early stage of the project;
7. Understand the customer's intention, communicate well with the customer, understand and gain insight into the customer's needs, combine the actual situation and give good design proposals, have new ideas in the overall design scheme, and can independently complete the conceptual scheme design;
8. To check the quality of the overall design scheme, effect drawing, construction drawing and other work in the early stage, and to improve and supervise the follow-up work such as material selection and supporting scheme;
9. Formulate the project time schedule, control the time nodes of each stage, and ensure the completion of the project on schedule; Implement the company's design process and system, and improve the standardization and standardization of work;
10. Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork ability and communication skills, can actively cooperate with the director to complete the relevant design and on-site coordination work, and have the quality and ability to lead the team;
11. Review the design results of the team and confirm the quality of the output. Responsible for the soft-fitting control of related projects; Learn relevant professional knowledge and skills and improve personal skills;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in interior design or related major, more than 8 years working experience in interior design;
2. With hotel, club, office, entertainment, commercial, comprehensive and other public space design experience;
3. Have a good aesthetic foundation and hand-painted ability, strong program and performance ability, good at creative play, active thinking;
4. Familiar with different styles of decorative design, materials and construction technology;
5, can independently complete the design project scheme concept and creativity, plan layout and construction drawing design;
6. Have rich experience in creative design for different regional cultures and specific types of projects, and have a good sense of art appreciation;
7. Good space concept and design taste, clear design concept, distinctive style and strong innovation ability;
8, have the ability to review and guide the preparation of technical tenders; Good at communicating with customers, as well as on-site design coordination and supervision;
9. Proficient in using 3DMAX, CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and other related design software;
