Cost Makers
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in construction engineering, cost, budget, etc;
More than 2.10 years working experience in decoration construction unit, project budget, final accounts and project management experience is preferred;
3. Professional knowledge of project budget, final accounts and project management;
4. Be familiar with national and engineering cost policies, documents and quota standards, and keep abreast of changes in engineering cost information;
5. Familiar with engineering drawings, with a certain budget review professional ability;
6. Strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to resist pressure, have certain communication and negotiation ability.
Responsibilities:
1. Overall co-ordinate and coordinate the daily work of the project, cooperate with the project manager to complete the work objectives, and be responsible for the completion and settlement work;
2. Review the project target cost and make cost analysis table, monitor the target cost in real time, and analyze and summarize the project cost of the completed project;
3. Calculate the cost and quantity of work, negotiate the price of the team and the material supplier, sign the contract, and report the progress payment of the project to Party A and Party B every month;
4. Review and price negotiation (teams and material suppliers) of design changes and visas generated during the construction process of the project, as well as submission of quotation and price negotiation for visa and design changes with Party A;
5. Be responsible for the preparation of the pre-settlement work of the project, and report the project quantity accounting and settlement of the team and material supplier after the completion of the project;
6. Project settlement, settlement list preparation, check the amount of work, unit price;
7. Go deep into the project site to understand the cost and construction progress, supervise the procedures and data improvement in the construction process, and lay a good foundation for the settlement review work.
