Business Manager
Job description:
1. Develop and maintain customer resources, and be responsible for business contacts; Independent completion of business development, follow-up and maintenance and other related coordination work to achieve the purpose of customer cooperation;
2. Be responsible for the expansion of project bidding channels, the production and filing of bidding documents, and the participation and follow-up of bidding work;
3, responsible for the production of service proposals, contract text, follow up the progress of contract implementation and payment collection;
4. Cooperate effectively with various departments within the company, quickly and effectively solve the problems and emergencies encountered before and after the project is launched, and timely handle complaints, feedback and suggestions from customers, so as to improve customer satisfaction;
5. Collect information useful to the company in the field, as well as intelligence and status reports of competitors;
6. Responsible for the production, sorting and statistics of various development index data and work reports of the Ministry of Commerce.
Requirements:
1. Have strong communication skills and communication skills, have a good sense of customer service, have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, good team cooperation ability
2, with strong business negotiation ability and document organization ability, and have certain legal knowledge;
