Project Manager
Requirements:
1. Under 45 years old, bachelor degree or above in civil engineering, at least 10 years working experience as decoration project manager in architectural decoration enterprises, responsible for the engineering management of large-scale public construction projects such as five-star hotels, high-end office buildings, clubs, etc., with five-star hotel EPC experience preferred;
2. Be familiar with the decoration budget and final accounts, be able to analyze the cost of the project and effectively control the cost, and be able to coordinate and manage the whole project including design, construction and other links;
3. Construction organization and coordination of public relations ability, strong sense of service, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently;
4. Holding a first-class constructor certificate is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for participating in the bidding work in the early stage of the project;
2. Formulate the construction organization plan and be responsible for the process management of project construction, including personnel, material organization, progress control, quality, safety, change and subcontract management;
3. Coordinate with Party A, supervision, design, industry authorities and other aspects of emergency;
4. Responsible for completion acceptance and project handover.
5. Assist the company's management to collect settlement/final accounts and collect project funds.
